5. Digital Products, Training Programmes and Refund Policy

5.1 Due to the digital nature of our products, services, training programmes, memberships, workshops, and downloadable content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

5.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have selected the appropriate product or service before purchase.

5.3 By purchasing digital content, you expressly request immediate access to such content and acknowledge that access may affect any statutory cancellation rights that would otherwise apply.

5.4 No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be provided for digital products, online training, memberships, workshops, coaching sessions, or downloadable resources once access has been granted.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions

6.1 Where a product is sold on a subscription basis, your subscription will continue until cancelled.

6.2 Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

6.3 We reserve the right to amend subscription pricing upon reasonable notice.

7. Training Programmes and Events

7.1 We reserve the right to modify programme content, speakers, trainers, schedules, delivery methods, dates, or locations where reasonably necessary.

7.2 Where a live session cannot proceed as planned, we may provide an alternative date, trainer, format, or equivalent replacement.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

8.1 Some materials, exercises, templates, recommendations, examples, and resources provided through our programmes may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools.

8.2 While we make reasonable efforts to ensure quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee that any AI-generated or AI-assisted content will be complete, accurate, error-free, or suitable for every individual’s circumstances.

9. No Guarantees

9.1 We provide educational, informational, and training resources only.

9.2 We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, professional, personal, social media, marketing, or income-related outcomes from participation in our programmes or use of our materials.

9.3 Individual results will vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIA, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, advisors, trainers, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our products and services.

10.2 Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
