2. Digital Products and Digital Content
2.1 Due to the digital nature of our products and content, refunds are not available once access has been granted.
2.2 By purchasing digital content, you expressly request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that access begins immediately upon purchase.
2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that a product, programme, membership, or service is suitable for your needs before completing your purchase.
2.4 We may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
2.5 Payment plans remain payable in full and are not cancellable once the programme has commenced.
3. Workshops, Training Programmes and Live Events
3.1 A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled live event, workshop, training session, or coaching session.
3.2 No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled live event.
3.4 Failure to attend a live event, workshop, coaching session, or training programme without prior notice does not entitle you to a refund.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
4.1 Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with at least 7 days notification before the renewal date.
4.2 Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not result in a refund for any current or previous billing period.
5. Technical Issues

5.2 We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issue.
5.3 If we are unable to provide access to the purchased content within a reasonable period of time, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund.
6. AI-Generated Content
6.1 Some templates, exercises, prompts, examples, and educational materials may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools.
6.2 While we make reasonable efforts to ensure quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee that such content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every individual’s circumstances.
7. No Guarantees of Results
7.1 PIA provides educational, informational, and training resources only.
7.2 We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, professional, social media, career, or personal outcomes from participation in our programmes or use of our materials.
7.3 Individual results will vary and depend on factors outside our control.
8. Third-Party Purchases
Where products or services are purchased through a third-party platform, marketplace, affiliate partner, or payment provider, the refund policies of that platform may also apply.
